How to Book a party?

You can contact Jack & Jill's Storybook Co. @ 409-540-8422 then fillout the online booking form.

We suggest that you call us first to see if the date is available. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the popularity of our parties, it is recommended to book your party 3-6 wks ahead of time, that will give you a better chance of getting your desired princess at the time and date you'd like.


There is a $60.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party. This guarantees your party time and details in our calendar when you book. All deposits are applied to your final invoice and the remaining balance is due no later then the Tuesday prior to your party date.


If you book a party with us, yet fail to make your deposit with in a week of speaking with us, we re-open your spot, and make it available to be booked by someone else. If you still wanted to book us, you will need to re-book with us according to availability. At that time you would need to make the deposit that same day. We do not hold spots for anyone longer then a week.

How do I make a Deposit?

After your party has been put into our calendar you will be receiving an invoice by email for your party balance. You will be able to pay your minimum deposit through the invoice. All invoices are sent out within 1 business day from the time your party was placed into our calendar.


Once you receive the invoice, you will have 72 hours to pay your deposit. If your deposit is not placed within 72 hours and you have not contacted us for an extension we will open up your party spot for other inquiring clients.

If you still want to book the party you will need to rebook with deposit placed upon booking.


All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

What is your policy for COVID-19?

If a performer arrives to a party of more than 20 people in attendance, we reserve full rights to either put on a mask or leave with no refund, and full compensation from the client. We ask that our clients be respectful of the performer's individual comfort level in any given situation in light of COVID-19. Upon request, Client may ask for performer/s to wear a clear face shield that we provide.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp or check.

What do you bring to Parties?

We bring everything needed to conduct the activites included in your ordered package. Each package is different, so we bring different things to every party. If you ordered a package with games, we will bring everything needed for all the games we play. We always bring a tiara and Official Certificate for the birthday girl as a gift from the princess! For our Superheroes, we always bring a superhero Eye mask and Official Certificate as a gift from our Superheroes. We also bring our own speaker for our Coronation dance to the parties. The facepaint that we supply is of course child friendly, non-toxic, high end professional paint and glitter. Make sure to always check with a company when ordering facepainting, make sure they are always using paint that is meant for "facepainting." We also supply our own storybook for storytime, as well as crafts that are catered to both girls and boys.

What is your Weather Policy

All events are “rain or shine” unless otherwise stipulated. The CLIENT is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted even if PROVIDER (Jack & Jill's Storybook Co. and/or affiliate) cannot perform due to inclement weather. We highly recommend having the performer conduct activities inside. If you choose an outside party, you will need to make sure the outdoor area is clean and shaded. The location must be free of dirt, mud, rain and extreme wind. Our Performers are wearing high-end costumes and wigs that cannot risk being stained, or wind-blown. The performer reserves the right to leave the location if she/he is being subjected to rain or wind that is damaging to their costume or wig. On sunny days, please provide a completely shaded/covered area for the performer and all activity they conducts.
We will not be doing any outside parties if the temperature exceeds 90 degrees or falls below 65 degrees. During the moths of June-August we will not be offering outside entertainment at all, regardless of weather tempurature on that day.

Do Your Performers Accept Gratuity?

Absolutely! The entertainers that serve you are all extremely well trained and make it their number one priority to ensure your party is a success. Gratuity is not included in the total of your package price, so if you want to show your entertainer that you loved their performance, gratuity is a great way of doing so. Though its not expected, it is always appreciated.


Tipping an entertainer is just like tipping a waiter, anywhere between 10%-20% of your package total is the typical tip.
